The last Wednesday of every month is our Ready to Roll session. Instead of our standard NoGi class we roll live Gi and NoGi

Following our Ready to Roll session, the last Thursday of every month is our Q&A session from 7:00-8:10pm. Everyone is free to ask any of our skilled instructors as many questions as we can fit in. If questions end early we continue the remainder of the class as an open mat.
